1. Definitions

Infoquest Realty aka Infoquest Business Resources Ltd.: Refers to the company offering property sales, real estate consultancy, training, land banking, and agro-real estate services.
Client: Any individual or entity engaging with our services.
Investor: Any individual or entity providing financial resources for projects under Infoquest Realty.
Services: Includes property sales, brokerage, consultancy, training, and agro-real estate initiatives.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

3. Services Provided

We commit to delivering services as outlined in agreements, brochures, or proposals provided to clients and investors.
Any additional services outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Investment Terms

Investment Agreement: All investments must be documented in a signed agreement outlining obligations, ROI projections, and profit-sharing terms.
Repayment of Seed Capital: For projects like the Karishi Agro-Real Estate initiative, seed capital repayment will be executed within the agreed timeline (e.g., 12 months) unless otherwise stated.
Profit-Sharing: Investors are entitled to their share of net profits based on agreed terms, subject to deductions for management fees and operational costs.

5. Property Transactions

Ownership Verification: Infoquest Realty ensures all properties sold are free from encumbrances and come with appropriate documentation.
Deposit and Payment: Clients must provide a deposit to secure properties, with full payment due within the agreed period. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of deposits.
Refund Policy: Deposits or payments are non-refundable unless specified in the sales agreement.

6. Land Banking and Agro-Real Estate

Management Fees: A percentage of gross revenue from farm produce will be allocated to management fees before profit sharing.
Usage of Land: Land banking clients must adhere to guidelines on property use and development timelines as stipulated in agreements.

7. Training and Consultancy

All training and consultancy sessions are subject to availability. Fees for services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
No unauthorized sharing, replication, or redistribution of training materials is permitted.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal and financial information is securely stored.
By using our services, you consent to our privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Infoquest Realty is not liable for losses resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, etc.).
We strive to ensure accuracy in all transactions but are not responsible for errors or omissions caused by third-party entities.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved amicably through mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration or litigation in the appropriate jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Infoquest Realty reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients and investors will be notified of significant changes via email or public announcements.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and all parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in FCT Abuja.
