Refund and Cancellation Policies

At Infoquest Realty, we value transparency and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients and investors. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds and cancellations for our services, including land purchases, investments, and consultancy services.
1. General Policy
All refund and cancellation requests must comply with the terms outlined in this policy and the respective agreements signed during the transaction.
Refunds and cancellations are only applicable to eligible services and transactions as specified in the service agreement.
2. Refunds for Land Purchases
2.1. Non-Refundable Fees
Administrative, legal, and processing fees incurred during land acquisition are non-refundable.
2.2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds on land purchases are only applicable if:
The transaction is canceled within 30 days of purchase.
The cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances such as project delays or changes initiated by Infoquest Realty.
2.3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to theinfoquestrealty@gmail.com , including the following:
Proof of payment.
A valid reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days via the original payment method.
3. Refunds for Investment Projects
3.1. Non-Refundable Investments
Investments made in Agro Real Estate or land banking projects are considered non-refundable once funds are committed to the project.
Exceptions may apply in cases of proven fraud, legal violations, or misrepresentation.
3.2. Profit Sharing
Investors are entitled to their agreed profit share as outlined in the investment agreement. Refunds on profit-sharing arrangements are not applicable.
3.3. Early Withdrawal Penalty
Investors seeking early withdrawal from a project before the agreed tenure may incur a penalty of up to 15% of the invested amount.
4. Consultancy Services
4.1. Cancellations
Cancellations for booked consultancy or training sessions must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
4.2. Refund Eligibility
If a session is canceled by Infoquest Realty, a full refund will be issued or the session rescheduled based on client preference.
5. Event Registration and Fees
5.1. Cancellations by Attendees
Event registrations are eligible for a refund only if cancellation requests are made no later than 14 days before the event date. A cancellation fee of 10% of the registration fee will apply.
5.2. Cancellations by Infoquest Realty
If Infoquest Realty cancels an event, attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the registration to a future event.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To initiate a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:
Submit a written request to theinfoquestrealty@gmail.com .
Include the following details:
Transaction details (e.g., payment receipt or agreement reference).
Reason for the request.
Await confirmation and further instructions from our customer service team.
7. Exceptions and Disputes
Refunds and cancellations may be denied in cases of:
Breach of agreement by the client.
Non-compliance with the terms outlined in this policy.
Disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution clause in the signed agreement.
8. Updates to the Policy
Infoquest Realty reserves the right to amend this policy as necessary. Updates will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified of significant changes.
